FRIDAY NIGHT STROLL ALONG
THE AVENUE The Snow
Frolics finale is on the evening of Friday, February 13th in historical
downtown North St. Paul. Come and spend the evening strolling down the
Avenue with us. The trees will be lit to create a cozy and festive
atmosphere for families to walk along the avenue, see the snow
sculptures and special window decorations in businesses located along
Seventh Avenue. There will also be FREE entertainment at the Community Center between 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm Many of the North St. Paul
businesses will be offering special Snow Frollic deals that won't want to miss. They require that you be wearing your button so be sure to purchase your button early. Check out the
businesses to see what they have to offer by clicking the snowflake. After you have enjoyed the offerings at the Community Center, we invite you to make your way to the American Legion Post #39 where the RIVER CITY JAZZ ORCHESTRA will be playing for the Snow Frolics Fling!
