FRIDAY NIGHT STROLL ALONG THE AVENUE

The Snow Frolics finale is on the evening of Friday, February 15th in historical downtown North St. Paul. Come and spend the evening strolling down the Avenue with us. The trees will be lit to create a cozy and festive atmosphere for families to walk along the avenue, see the snow sculptures and special window decorations in businesses located along Seventh Avenue.

The North St. Paul Fire Department will be your hosts at the New Fire Station, so be sure to stop by. Hometown Creamery will be there with ice cream.  The Arts Council will be there serving beverages, and the North Star Scout Museum will have smores for sale!  Food will be available from 5:00 pm until 7:30 pm when the fireworks begin.  The firemen will have the engines out, and we expect a visit from the Snowman.

There will be FREE entertainment at the fire station between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm

Many of the North St. Paul businesses will be offering special Snow Frollic deals that won't want to miss. They require that you be wearing your button so be sure to purchase your button early. Check out the businesses to see what they have to offer by clicking the snowflake.

The fireworks display will once again be shot from the North High soccer field, across the highway from the North St. Paul Snowman.  This year the display will start at 7:30 pm, with great viewing from the downtown businesses or from the Snowman.

After the fireworks display, make your way to the American Legion Post #39 where the RIVER CITY JAZZ ORCHESTRA will be playing for the Snow Frolics Fling! This event is sponsored by the Arts Council of North Saint Paul and is open to the public. Admission to get in is $5.00, or FREE if you have a Snow Frolics Button. The dance starts at 8:00 pm and will go until 11:00 pm.
