Snow Frolics Fling on Friday Evening

Face Painting and Tattoos

Spin Art

MYSTIK TOYZ will be on hand for some

Story telling and interactive play

as well as a juggling workshop!

Scavenger Hunt 1:00 am to 3:00 pm
Pick up your sheets at the
Community Center Information Counter

MONDAY - FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11-15
Search for the Medallion
on public land in North St. Paul
The clues will be available here on the web site,
on the city web site and at various local businesses
By 8:00 am each morning

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15
“Moonlight Stroll Down Seventh Avenue”
Come and See the Snow Sculptures along the Avenue
The North St. Paul Volunteer Firemen
Will open up the fire station from 5:00 to 7:30  pm and host a
Taste of some local area North St. Paul businesses
The Arts Council and the North Star Museum
Will also be at the Fire Station
Free Entertainment at the Fire Station

Stores will be open until 7:30 pm
with specials for the festival
Be sure to wear your Snow Frolic Buttons
to receive the discounts
that the stores have to offer

American Legion Post 39
will host the Snow Frolics Fling
open to the public with the
RIVER CITY JAZZ ORCHESTRA
providing music from the 40’s
This event is sponsored by the
Arts Council of North St. Paul
Admission is $5, or FREE
if you have a Snow Frolics Button
Dance will start at 8:00 pm, immediately
following the fireworks display.

FIREWORKS DISPAY 7:30 pm
Display will take place in the
High School Soccer Field at
Margaret Street and Highway 36
Across from the Snowman
