Snow Frolics Volunteers

The North St. Paul Events Committee is an all-volunteer group that works hard to organize Snow Frolics.

We are always looking for people interested in helping out and volunteering to help make the event a successful venture.

there are a number of opportunities to do so during Snow Frolics.
